MYOB EXO Serviceable Units
EXO Serviceable Units gives you a fully featured services module to better manage the end to end process of servicing items. Fully integrated with the MYOB EXO Job Costing module, it allows you to control and track the full service history of any item - from internal equipment with regular maintenance schedules to external units you may be servicing under warranty. EXO Serviceable Units is well suited for a range of larger businesses including vehicle service centres, repair and maintenance businesses and managing repairs under warranty.
- Service Unit Details -> Store all the details relating to the unit being serviced. EXO Serviceable Units links to the original stock item and serial number allowing you to drill down to the full history of the unit, from the time you receipted it into the business to when it was sold and then when it was returned for service.
- Plan service schedules to suit your workflow -> EXO Serviceable Units’ schedules tool acts as a daily planner, from which you can set up service date alerts for your customers. This allows you to maximise revenue by proactively booking in services by due date, without relying on customers to contact you.
- Track and link warranties -> EXO Serviceable Units enables you to link items to warranties and attach the relevant documentation. This makes it easier to see the warranty status of items ‘at a glance’ and store all data in one central location.
- Create new Jobs from the serviceable unit screen -> You can create jobs to service the unit directly from the service unit window.
- Store a complete service history of units -> Use EXO Serviceable Units to create and store a complete history of units and all the jobs performed on them, allowing you to access job details quickly and report on costs, margins and outlay.
- State of the art dashboards to control and plan scheduled services -> EXO Serviceable Units provides a range of graphical dashboards to help with the management of your jobs. Dashboard alerts quickly notify you to any items that are nearing their scheduled service. It also gives you the power to quickly drill down into customer accounts and serviceable units to confirm details and book in the job.
